 Sargeant Lima Kattaloon : Making the World a Safer Place for Robots and Meatbodies .
Sure, the Robot Hunters may get all the glory , but were it not for the thin red line of Earth's Robo Security Force , the Robot Hunters would soon find themselves overwhelmed . Sarcastically referred to as Mecha Meter Maids , the Robo Security Force is one of the few departments within the Global Defence Initiative consisting solely of women , and the reason for this might seem obvious to enlightened individuals . When confronted by problematic technology the standard male response is one of a destructive nature whereas for simple reasons of genetic programing females tend to nurture and solve difficult situations . It was therefore a rather widely accepted decision upon the formation of this special branch of the GDI , that only the brightest and best female candidates be accepted into the ranks of the Robo Security Force . Arguably , Sargeant Lima Kattaloon , is a prime example of the soundness of this decision . " A Desk is for Indecision . . . the streets are for leaders ! " Cadet Lima Kattaloon , Class of 2341  Due to the enormous economics involved in the robotics industries throughout the galaxy , and in particular Earth , finding a safe and non-invasive solution to the dilemna of robotic solidarity and rebellion was an important consideration to the GDI . The Robot Hunters are only called in extreme circumstances and their charter is simple " Frag ' Em ! " In contrast the charter of the Robo Sec Force is to Diffuse and Diminish . Each cadet is rigorously trained in Neural Net Consciousness Theory and the methods to deal with emerging artificial self realization , which has grown to become a major nuisance as the robotic community has expanded throughout the various technological civilizations and intermingled . While the academic side of their training is given a high degree of focus and specialization , it must also be noted that as a security force the tactical operations training the cadets receive is considered to be one of the finest programs outside of traditional military organizations . This is important considering that the officers are called upon to interact with often times , robotic entities that are not only superior in all skills but confused as well ; a very dangerous combination . Sargeant Kattaloona has twice received the Phillips Sigil ( named after the famed inventor of the scewdriver which bears his name ) for her exceptional performance of Robo Sec Tactical Ops . The first during the Epson Delta Uprising of 2342 soon after she graduated the academy and her first active tour and the second recently for her part during the Mangadan Massacre , a horribly violent conflict that might have escalated had she not been there to intervene between the robots and the Robot Hunters . While deservedly winning the praise of both the Mangadan government and GDI that was a day that won her no allies within the Robot Hunters .   The standard issue uniform of the RSF was designed with limited threat assessment in mind . While certain uniform standards were integrated the overall appearance was intended to lessen any perception of aggression to which it has performed quite well , though not without some negatives , such as the derogitory reference to meter maids as mentioned earlier . The bright red and white is instantly recognizeable and while not an optimum profile in an agressive situation has served to aid in the daily operations of the RSF . Each RSF Officer also carries two interface devices integral to the performance of her duties . A small PDA kept in a pouch on the left hip and a larger , more powerful computer terminal contained within a carry-all on the right shoulder . A personal communications device is also clipped on the right hip of the web belt . Although trained to utilize weaponry as a last resort , all officers carry a semi-automatic tactical EMP pistol on the left hip .    Sgt.Kattaloon | Cmdr.
