 The Coolest DVD Section On Earth ! By definition , a " Smarty Pants " is a person who displays his or her intelligence in an annoying manner . This might seem appropriate for Bill Black , who is creating a rather astonishing selection of some of the coolest movies and TeeVee shows to grace the racks of your local Movie Shop . Typically , you'll find some of the niftiest " hidden gems " of Hollywood in the " $10 or Less Rack " at the neighborhood Blockbuster or Walmart , and unfortunately most are overpriced for the quality of the transfer and production values of these " B " Movie Blockbusters ! Fortunately for the " True Believers " , Bill Black is producing some of the most exceptional re-releases of Hollywood's most treasured relics of Days Gone By and is quite literally living up to the name of his Little Company That Can " Smarty Pants Entertainment .  Most people have negative reactions to " B " list films , which were lower budget film offerings that followed the higher budgeted " A " list films back in the days when you got to go to the movie theatre and see several films for the price of one . I was fortunate enough to have been born at a point in time when " A " films and " B " films were still around , sure they were in their declining years , but just having the opportunity to pay a couple of bucks to see two entertaining movies at one visit to the movie house was an experience that I really miss and wish would return . More often than not , I was more entertained by the second feature than the first , since the " A " list films tended to be far more pretentious and less honest in what they were attempting to communicate to the audience . Sadly I came onto the scene as this practice at theatres was on the way out , luckily though that very practice was transitioning from cinemas to television at the same time and so many of these features would show up on the local stations weekend lineups .
