Takara's Cool Girls , for me , perhaps , the greatest series of action figures to ever be conceived . Having spent 20 years of my life devoted to the art genre of " good girl " or " leg art " as a professional illustrator and comic artist ; these 1/6 th scale dolls are the ultimate collectible toy and this section of Geeb-O-Rama is dedicated to them . My current collection stands at 28 , nineteen of which are actual "Cool Girls " and nine produced by other companies that fit within the concept of a " Cool Girl " while not actually being part of Takara's Cardinal Garrison concept . They all fulfill the requirements of what I would define as " Good Girl " dolls , eye candy in 3 dimensions . What separates Cool Girls from Barbie is their overt sexuality and penchant for firearms and archaic weaponry , not to forget the totally un-Barbie like looks that give them the appearance of having a brain within their tiny vinyl heads .
