 Howdy and Welcome! My name is Brad Gorby , and once upon a time I was an artist ; drawing , painting , sculpting , and animating . 24 hours a day and 7 days a week . Those days are gone forever , forced into early retirement due to the fact that the kind of art I liked doing couldn't cover the expenses of everyday life . I work now as a retailer of spirits : beer , wine and hard liquor which more than enables me to pursue the enthusiasms of my life , though not allowing me the luxury of time that I once enjoyed as a professional artist . Alas , all things come with a price . This website , Geeb-O-Rama , is my online gallery of enthusiasms , those esoteric bits of amusement and entertainment that I indulge in to maintain my sanity through the course of daily existence . Here you will find my art continuing , though in a different form than that which I once pursued . This is the ART I do for the sake of creative pursuits alone , and the mediums I indulge in for sheer joy . Geeb-O-Rama showcases my favorite movies and my favorite toys , as well as my current creative endeavors which in addition to computer generated imagery also includes custom action figures and sculpting featuring Takara Toys' Cool Girls ( Cy Girls here in the U. S . ) and Micromen and Shocker Toys' customizable action figures Shockinis . You'll even find Stikfas here as well , though at this time I'm a rather new convert to Stikfas .  I fell in love with Takara Toys' " Cool Girl " line of super articulated action figures when I discovered them two years ago, and since that time have devoted a great deal of effort at collecting them as well as similar 12 inch action girls figures . My collection currently stands at just over 50 , and with the exception of the Ultraman Tribute figures of Akiko Fuji and Annu Yuri , I have kitbashed and customized most . The CG Luv Site is not devoted solely to Takara's groundbreaking line of action girls , but since they were the first and most influential for my reentry to the 1:6 scale hobby , I felt that in christening this section of Geeb-O-Rama their impact should be tantamount . I will be featuring my collection here along with posting featurettes on the work involved with my customs and kitbashes . Having built my professional art career as a " Good Girl " artist , most of the figures you'll see here will be my continuation of that preoccupation , though on occasion , a male figure will pop up , afterall there are some truly superb male action figures out there as well .Click Here to KwiKJump to the Cool Girl Luv Site  Having spent most of my life sculpting and most of my artistic career producing miniature prototypes , I've learned a great deal about producing customized and original one-of-a-kind models . A word of warning : You WILL NOT find films like " Fried Green Tomatoes " or " Bridges of Madison County " at Geeb-O-Rama , you'll find films like " Liquid Sky " , " Forbidden Zone " and "Nightveil : Witch War " , as well as cinema classics like " Rear Window " , Seven Samurai " and " The Raven " .
